This project has been a nice all aspects job from start to finish for the client. 

It's always great to take a house that has a blank canvas and turn it into something liveable and visually great. 

The main idea of this Job was to have a low budget but high impact and ready to live outdoors. 

It started with a site excavation to bring soils down to workable levels and relocate soils to areas that would soften the gradients and landscape. 

From there we built up everything needed and turned a construction site into a home. 

The works incorporated were as followed:

- Site excavation and relocation

- Retaining walls

- Concrete paths around the house

- Charcoal concrete secondary driveway

- Tynong toppings parking area behind side gate. 

- Paving steppers leading into front entrance and to secondary driveway

- garden edging 

- plants around entire property to work with certain sun exposures and budget

- Lawns levelled and seeded 

- Mulch installation

- Patio low level Merbau decking with picture-frame edging

- Aggi pipes and scoria installed and tapped into for drainage

- Tynong crossover for secondary driveway.

Its been a pleasure working on this job and will be very happy to continue to work with this client into the future and come back to see how the plants and garden are maturing into their potential.
